Our Coffees
Our coffees are sourced from The Americas, Africa and Asia and are roasted daily in small batches in London by Union Coffees Roastmaster. There, the artisan Roastmaster is responsible for guiding each roast and developing its depth of flavour- a subjective and highly skilled craft. In the restaurant we serve a Colombian Supremo made from a local cooperative, a well balanced and unusually clean coffee with a citrus zest and a sweet chocolate rounded body, perfect coffee to enjoy after a meal. For the café we serve a Costa Rican which is an ideal coffee to drink with brownies and chocolate cakes, and an Ethiopian Organic Yirgacheffe which is an ideal morning coffee that complements lighter cakes.
