We have a wide selection of herbs including some more unusual varieties such as Chocolate Mint. We also have a good variety of Lavenders.
Herbs not only look, smell and taste great, they are also enjoyed by the local wildlife - plenty of herbs in your beds, borders and containers attracts a greater variety of insect and bird life which in turn leads to greater and better pollination and healthier and more beautiful flowers.
There's a very pretty variegated thyme, oregano with its darker green but similar rounded leaves, rosemary (great for your pot-pourri later on), thyme, a fabulous tricolour sage with leaves of pink, cream and green, a pretty purple sage, and the classic green sage with its beautifully etched velvety leaves. Lovely for adding texture to a summer border is curled parsley, perfect for green salads and with fish, and more unusually we have a hot-to-the-taste giant Italian parsley, rich in vitamins and minerals and best used towards the end of cooking in hot foods. And finally, garden mint, a key ingredient in a Pimms mix.
